CK222 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to CK222. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and CK222 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of ck222.cash. This agreement governs all use of the CK222 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, crash games, promotional offers, and any other products or features made available to you.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another individual, a company, organisation, or trust are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request currently active on CK222 or applied via any recognised responsible gaming scheme.
• You must hold a valid Pakistani phone number that can receive SMS verification. Each phone number may only be associated with one CK222 account.
• You must not currently hold any other active CK222 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When you create a CK222 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Verification (KYC)

CK222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide documentation to confirm your identity, address, or ownership of a payment method at any stage. Common documents requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered mobile wallet. CK222 may restrict withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your CK222 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. CK222 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. 3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active CK222 account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds will be voided. Winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited entirely.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

CK222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit cards. All transactions are conducted in PKR. CK222 does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment account used must belong to and be registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from CK222 must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals. CK222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours on Pakistan Standard Time. 4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and promotional amounts on CK222 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place on the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your CK222 wallet.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on CK222 are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

5.1 Bet Placement

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, CK222 will conduct a review of all transactions and bonus activity before determining whether any remaining balance is payable. In cases of confirmed fraud or severe breach, all funds may be forfeited.

Where an account is closed at your own request for reasons unrelated to any breach, your available balance (excluding any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Changes to These Terms

CK222 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable regulations, payment methods, or operational requirements.
